As you know, our first pick up was £30 off 200 books (15p a book). After our first month
start, none brought, less than 100 left after 4 weeks!)
21 months later (January 2009: credit crunch picked up just over £500 (£5 a book). This took us entry and book turnover (basically every second counted). This is £20 an hour.
I work as a Secondary school teacher that took me 4 years to train for at a cost of £40,000+ to earn £11 an hour.
When I sponsor 10 people front line and turnover will be £22,000 every 4 weeks I'll be earning £1700 off the customers and £408 bonus off my own retail bringing my collective earnings to £2528 in 4 weeks.
Nearly double my teaching salary!
