In June 2003 Katie became pregnant with her first child (Lauren) and due to her occupation she had to leave her job. She joined Kleeneze, with the aim of earning an extra £50 per week; wanting to earn some extra cash, until she could return to full-time work.
Mark was not really interested until he saw Katie making money and then attended an Open evening, and came back so excited that he declared there was much more money to be made in Kleeneze, and he wanted to quit his full-time job to help build the business.
By October, Mark had gone part-time at work, and was already building a team.
As Katie says “It is an absolutely amazing feeling, when you can see other people you have introduced into the business earning money, and achieving their goals.”
“Our goal was to be Gold distributors by the end of July, which we achieved, and in the process of one month completely replaced Mark's earnings as a computer programmer.”
“HE NOW HAS THE OPPORTUNITY THAT SO FEW FATHERS HAVE; OF WATCHING HIS CHILD GROW UP, AT HOME. THAT WAS OUR DREAM AND KLEENEZE HAVE ALLOWED US TO ACHIEVE IT!”
